How It Works

The sponsoring fee, per Sponsor-able Photo-Voltaic Display (SPVD), or Sponsor-able PV Light (SPVL) is initially estimated by the demographics and volume of traffic at a particular location, but is ultimately determined through a 30-day ‘virtual auction' on the National Adopt-A-Watt™ Program web site.  This process perfectly matches a sponsor’s needs with available locations and attracts a global audience of bidders.  The end result is a most efficient method of allowing sponsor’s the opportunity to select sites that suit their specific needs and guarantees an equitable financial commitment per SPVD or SPVL.
